City of Southampton Swimmers Rise to the Challenge

With the announcement of the impending Lockdown, from Monday 2nd to Wednesday 4th, all squad swimmers had a chance to take part in the Level X Time Trials.  Just over five hundred individual events were swum across all strokes and distances from 50m to 200m with more than 70% converting to Personal Bests.  Head Coach, David Terry commented "Well done to all swimmers.  Level X was a whole club team effort.  It is really pleasing to see that those who put their hearts and minds into the new training regime have earned their rewards at Level X."
