Open meets
City of Southampton Swimming Club runs several open meets each year, inviting other clubs to participate. These are a great opportunity for our swimmers to compete in a home environment. The club's Events and Meets Programme follows the Swim England/British Swimming timetable of events. A full list of meets the club will be attending this season can be found on our Competition Schedule sub-page.
How to enter meets
Entering a competition is a simple process using your club membership account on our website or through the On Deck app.
Volunteering at meets
Running a successful licensed meet depends on the generosity of our volunteers, including officials. We are always looking for more help. If you are interested in officiating or supporting in other ways, please contact the meet team.

Qualifying times
Many high-level meets have minimum qualifying times (QTs) that swimmers must achieve to enter. Others, particularly at Level 3, have maximum upper limit times (ULTs) to encourage participation from developing swimmers.
